Legal Basis for Processing

Under PECA 2016, PEPA 2023 & Companies Act 2017

Our processing of your personal data is based on the following lawful grounds:

Contractual necessity — processing required to deliver services you have requested or contracted us for
Consent — where you have submitted information voluntarily through our website forms or communications
Legitimate interests — to operate, protect, and improve our business and website in a manner that does not override your rights
Legal obligation — where required by Pakistani law, SECP regulations, FBR requirements, or court order

Under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and the proposed Personal Data Protection Act (PEPA) 2023, we are obligated to handle your data lawfully, transparently, and with appropriate security measures. This policy reflects those obligations.

05

Who We Share Data With

We do not share your personal data with any party except in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers — trusted third-party tools we use to operate our business (e.g., Google Workspace for email, cloud storage providers). All are bound by confidentiality obligations
Platform partners — only when required to execute your campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads — where your campaign data must be uploaded)
Legal authorities — if required by a valid court order, FIA request under PECA 2016, or lawful regulatory demand from PTA or SECP
Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with prior notice to you

We will never disclose your personal information to any unauthorised third party, and will challenge any unlawful request for your data before complying.

06

Your data is stored using reputable cloud infrastructure with appropriate security controls. We implement the following protections:

Encrypted storage and transmission (HTTPS / TLS) across all digital channels
Access controls — only authorised team members can access client data on a need-to-know basis
No storage of payment card or banking details — all financial transactions are handled through secure third-party channels
Regular security reviews and access audits

Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Client project data is retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

In the event of a data breach that may affect your rights or freedoms, we will notify relevant parties in accordance with our obligations under PECA 2016 and applicable PTA guidelines, without undue delay.
