4. Proposals, Payments & Cancellation

• All work requires acceptance of a written proposal or contract.
• Pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined clearly before starting.
• Payments must be made as agreed in the proposal or invoice.
• Late payments may pause project work.
• Cancellation terms will be defined in individual service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom content created by us remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• After payment, ownership transfers to the client unless stated otherwise.
• You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute our work without permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide timely information, approvals, and access
• Supply accurate details and brand assets
• Respect timelines and communication agreements
• Ensure legal compliance of content submitted

We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, ad policy changes, or third-party errors.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of services is at your discretion and risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate agreements if:
• Terms are violated
• Payments remain unpaid
• There is misuse or inappropriate behavior

Any outstanding deliverables or refunds will be detailed in the specific agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise stated in individual contracts.
